Start an apartment blockwatch now!  What could be a better way to create community than one neighbor looking out for the other?  A weekly social blockwatch gathering is a great way to make new friends and to feel safer in a sometimes unsafe world.  Your blockwatch can even join forces with the local police, to make extra sure criminals feel the pinch and stay away!
